For several years, Right Stuff Interactive have been developing a game that they feel is good enough (and addicting enough) to get children out the backyard and in front of the TV where they belong. This month they will release Backyard Games for all major gaming devices.

Backyard Games is a collection of favorite outdoor pastimes. They went all out with this one, and included everything from popular games like tag, catch, and jump rope to more obscure games like poopy diaper keep-away and Bulgarian hopscotch.

Just in time for summer next year, Right Stuff Interactive has announced two more game titles will be released in the series: Swimming Pool Games and Lemonade Stand.

If you’re anything like me, and are lousy at real backyard games, then this is the game for you. Now you can master the video game, and at last beat all your friends. How cool is that?
